  • Written notice is required by 11:00am at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • If you provide notice less than 2 weeks’ notice after 11:00am, you will incur a cancellation fee. The fee is calculated based on the shortfall in notice. For example, if you give 10 days’ notice instead of 14, you will be charged for the remaining 4 days (14 days – 10 days = 4 days).
  • This policy also applies to changes that shorten the duration of your booking.
Security Deposit

A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
