Monarch House Apartments are located on High Street Kensington and lie within a private gated development with a 24 hour reception, car parking and beautiful resident’s garden on-site.

These apartments are one of Kensington’s best kept secrets and are generously sized with living areas, flatscreen TVs, free wireless internet, work desks, dining table and chairs and comfy sofas. The bedroom have king size beds (or twin) with fitted wardrobes and lots of storage space.

The bathrooms are tiled with a shower cubicle or baththub, a sink, toilet and bidet (some). The kitchens have absolutely everything you need including a full size fridge freezer, gas hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and even a washing machine for laundry.

It is a convenient location with excellent transport links for business or leisure and  a great choice of shops, supermarkets (Waitrose & Wholefoods), restaurants cafes and local amenities nearby.

Holland Park is right across the road and Kensington Gardens is a short walk away. The Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace, Leighton House Museum and Westfield Shopping Centre are all within walking distance too.

Booking of 8 to 28 nights:

Cancellation must be made in writing by 11:00am at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance and after 11:00am will be charged the full booking amount.

Booking of 29 to 90 nights:

Cancellation must be made in writing by 11:00am at least 28 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 28 days in advance and after 11:00am will be charged the full booking amount.

Any reservations exceeding 91+ nights, cancellations are subject to the booking contract.

Peak Season:

Please note that for the periods of 15 May until August, as well as stays between 15th of December and January 3rd, the cancellation policy is 45 days prior to arrival.

No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
