  • Any booking cancelled after 11:00am local time, less than 14 nights prior to arrival, will be subject to a 14 night cancellation fee.
  • In-house guests are required to give minimum 14 nights notice of any shortening of a booking, otherwise 14 night charges will apply from the date of notification of shortening a booking.
  • Depending on the length of stay booked, the rate quoted may be subject to an increase if the duration is reduced.
Security Deposit
  • A £500.00 holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges.
  • After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
Smoking
  • No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.
