Do serviced apartments allow pets?

Many serviced apartments are pet-friendly and welcome your furry family members to stay with you. Extra cleaning fees may apply and there may be restrictions on the type of pet or breed that is allowed. Some properties even offer special pet amenities.

How long can you book a serviced apartment for?

Serviced apartments can be booked for short term stays from 3 nights to 3 months or for extended stays up to a year or longer.

They are best suited for stays of 7 nights or more because of their all-inclusive pricing and flexible booking terms that come without any lengthy contract commitments.

  • Short-Term Stays 3-28 Nights: Ideal for business trips, weekend visits, or temporary relocation.
  • Mid-Term Stays 28-90 Nights : Perfect for corporate projects, internships, or home renovations.
  • Long-Term Stays 90+ Nights : A cost-effective solution for extended work assignments or relocations.

Can I make a last-minute booking?

Yes, we can help find you last-minute availability for a serviced apartment stay upto 24 hours in advance of your arrival date. It will greatly depend on availability and the time of the year – e.g peak dates and high season periods will usually be busier.

Are there cancellation or refund policies?

Each serviced apartment has a cancellation policy and clearly states the cancellation notice as well and any refunds, where applicable. Make sure you are fully aware of these policies before confirming your booking.

Note, amendment policies also apply, so do check in case you wish to shorten your stay or change the dates of travel.
